Service Fee: $175.00 per quarter
Standby Fee: $105 per quarter
Facilities Charge: $75 per quarter
Tap Fee: $11,000
Tap transfer fee: $500
New Construction Fee: $250
Tap Connection Fee: $5,000 or n/a

Fee Definitions
Service Fee: Assessment for property owners who are connected and receiving service.
Standby Fee: Assessment for property owners who have a paid tap fee but are not yet connected to receive service.
Facilities Charge: Assessment to property owners who have not paid a tap fee and are not receiving service.
Tap Fee: Current change for a sewer tap and connection to the Sanitation District service.
Connection Fee: Sewer taps purchased prior to 2007 did not include the cost to connect to the sewer system. Those properties must pay a connection fee prior to connecting to the system and receiving service.
Transfer Fee: Assessment to transfer the ownership of the sewer tap from the current owner to the new owner.
Construction Fee: Assessment for a one-time consultation, review and inspection by the plant operator on a new service connection.
